The River House is a two story house with a fully equipped unit upstairs as well as downstairs. The house sits directly on the river, and comes with a boat dock that is shared with the downstairs unit. River House B is the upstairs unit. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has 2 full beds. There are also 2 rollaways in this home. One boat per unit as dock is shared, 2 vehicles per unit. Please note: this cottage does not have internet access.
