The River House is a two story duplex with a fully equipped unit upstairs as well as downstairs. The house sits directly on the river, and comes with a boat dock that is shared with the upstairs unit. River House A is the downstairs unit. It has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and sleeps 8. The master bedroom has a King bed and master bath. The second bedroom has 1 queen bed, and the third bedroom has two full size beds. One boat per unit as dock is shared, 2 vehicles per unit.
