Steinhatchee Landing Resort Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of reservations must be made fourteen days before the arrival date. Failure to cancel will cause 30% of the full period rate or one night’s stay, whichever is greater to be charged to the credit card holder securing the reservation. The Resort will not accept any event as cause for an exception to this rule. Reservations made in the cancellation period of fourteen days will have 24 hours to cancel without penalty. No refunds will be given for early departures. All rates are subject to 9% sales and county tax plus 3% resort service fee.

Summer Season (July 1 – Sept 10) – Once Advance Deposit has been paid there is no refund on the Advance Deposit. There will be no exceptions made to this policy
